Diet Status

I lost 2 lbs. since last week. for lunch today i had chicken orzo soup, but ate that too fast to take a pic. here is my salad. field greens, tofu, ham, chicken, egg, onions, carrot, mushrooms, cucumbers. lite ranch, sick of the FF sesame ginger and the FF honey dijon.

red snapper teriyaki

most people get scared by $5.95 dinner specials. But not me. Went back to my Oyama, my local sushi place, on saturday night with celebrity writer Lord Toal. Forgot to snap the photo before I ate, but i swear the red snapper teriyaki, salmon hand roll and eel avocado maki roll was delicious. all for like $12.

gourmet breakfast?

Here is my leftover breakfast from saturday morning. that's broccoli on top, with turkey and rice noodles on bottom. it just looks gourmet because of the shape it's in.

i swear i'm still on it

ok, so the last post and this one are a brief departure from the diet. but i swear i've been doing pretty well. dieting is a gradual process...yeesh!

I went to my old company's new office opening party last night where they had appetizers of ceviche, sliders, mini pulled pork, roasted red pepper with tapenade (sp), grilled cheese with apple, and some others that weren't notable. open bar (not part of the diet either). anyway, it was a late night, and i may have eaten a cheesesteak.

i should keep this to myself, but i worked really late last night and stopped in a McD's to get a big double. here it is. pretend like it never happened...

i'm on a diet. thanksgiving break was a killer. here is my small salad (grilled chicken, tofu, few pieces of ham, tbsp of fat free sesame dressing) and small miso soup.

forgot to take a photo

i really need to be more diligent about my photo taking. i have a phone on my treo, and i just got a new canon, but i forgot to take a pic of my turkey/spinach/mushroom tacos. They were good. I'm on a diet too, yeah i said it. whatever. so i may be posting pics of shameful excuses for salads and bowls of cereal. eat it.
